Why is my email attachment limit smaller than the file I compressed?
Email attachments are encoded for sending, which makes them roughly a third larger. If your email service rejects the file, lower the target size a few MB and compress again.
How accurate is the target file size?
The tool calculates the bitrate needed to hit your target from the video length. The result is usually close to the target but can differ slightly, because encoders adjust the bitrate to the content.
