By accessing or using Fast Video Clip, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Fast Video Clip is an AI-powered video clip generation tool. We provide transcription services, AI analysis, and browser-based video export capabilities.

3. Credits and Payment

• Credits are purchased and consumed for transcription and AI analysis services.
• Transcription costs 60 credits per hour of video duration (1 credit per minute, rounded up).
• AI analysis costs 10 credits per call.
• Credits are non-refundable except when a service failure occurs, in which case credits are automatically refunded.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any video content you upload.
• You must not use the service for illegal purposes or to process content that violates copyright.
• You must not attempt to abuse or circumvent usage limits.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you process through our service. We do not claim any rights to your videos, transcripts, or generated clips.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fast Video Clip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
