Pricing FAQ
Do credits expire?
Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Use them at your own pace within that period.
Can I get a refund if a job fails?
Yes! If transcription or AI analysis fails, credits are automatically refunded to your account.
How is transcription time calculated?
We charge 1 credit per minute of video, rounded up. A 10-minute video costs 10 credits. A 59-minute video costs 59 credits.
How is AI Analysis cost calculated?
The video is divided into segments of up to 20 minutes each. A 20-minute video = 1 segment (5 credits). A 40-minute video = 2 segments (10 credits). Re-running analysis on the same video costs the same.
How is translation billed?
Translation is charged at 2,000 credits per 1 million characters (min 1 credit per batch of 20 subtitle lines). If you translate the same content again, it is served from cache for free.
Is video upload included?
There is no upload cost. You only pay for transcription, AI analysis, and translation.
